01 · Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of this website and the services described on it, between you (the “user” or “customer”) and Kanwal Nine Group Company Limited (“KWG”, “the firm”), registered in Thailand (company registration 0835563009354). By using the site or registering an account, you agree to these terms.

02 · Nature of the business

KWG supplies high-purity specialty metals — copper, gold and nickel — to semiconductor and advanced-manufacturing customers, to specification. This website is for information and enquiry only; it is not an offer to sell, and no contract is formed through it. The price, quantity, specification, delivery and payment terms of any order are agreed separately and in writing.

03 · Specifications, analysis and warranties

Each consignment is independently analysed and supplied with a certificate of analysis that describes the material tested. Any specification, grade or purity is the one agreed in writing for a given order. Except for the specification expressly agreed for an order, and to the extent permitted by law, the firm gives no other warranty; you should satisfy yourself that a material is suitable for your intended use before ordering.

04 · Registration and access

Registration opens an account; access to detailed material information is granted at the firm’s discretion following customer due diligence. The firm may approve, decline, suspend or withdraw access at any time, and information is shown only at the visibility level the firm grants.

05 · Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or any confidential material shown to you: do not copy, publish, forward or redistribute catalogue content, images, analyses or documents; and do not use the site other than for the purpose for which access was granted.

06 · Enquiries are not offers

An enquiry, an expression of interest, or any indication of price is not an offer and is not binding on you or on the firm. The terms of any order — including price, specification, conditions, and the allocation of costs and risk — are agreed separately and in writing.

07 · Compliance and end use

Specialty materials may be subject to export controls, sanctions and end-use restrictions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in ordering, importing and using the material, and the firm may decline or withdraw from any transaction it considers it cannot lawfully complete.

08 · Intellectual property

The site, its text and design, the KWG name and marks, and the catalogue material and images are owned by the firm or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive no right to use them beyond viewing the site as an approved user.

09 · Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the firm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take in reliance on information the firm provides for guidance rather than as a warranty. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Detailed limitation and indemnity wording is to be settled by counsel.

10 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, subject to any cross-border provisions the firm’s counsel advises for customers in other jurisdictions.

11 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed; your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
