01 · Who we are

This notice explains how Kanwal Nine Group Company Limited (“KWG”, “we”, “the firm”), registered in Thailand (company registration 0835563009354) at 40/66 Mu 6, Bang Sare Sub-district, Sattahip District, Chon Buri Province, Thailand, handles personal data collected through this website. 02 · What we collect

When you register or make an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, any company you act for, country, telephone, email, how you heard of the firm, the materials you are interested in, and any message or note you add. We also keep a record of your enquiries and correspondence with us, and basic technical data (such as your IP address and the pages you view) needed to operate the site securely. We do not collect identity or financial documents through this website.

03 · Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before any possible transaction; to review and manage your account; to carry out the client due diligence and sanctions screening the firm is required to perform; and to keep records we are required by law to keep. Our lawful bases are: steps taken at your request prior to a contract; our legitimate interest in operating and securing the firm’s practice; your consent, where we ask for it (for example, the optional language cookie); and compliance with our legal obligations. Where Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or the EU/UK GDPR applies to you, these bases are read accordingly.

04 · Customer due diligence

Before detailed material information is shared, and as part of any transaction, we verify the identity of counterparties and screen them against sanctions and similar lists. To do this we may use specialist screening providers and may share limited data with professional advisers. This processing is necessary to meet the anti-money-laundering, sanctions and export-control obligations that apply to the firm and its customers in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

05 · Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary: with professional advisers (such as lawyers and, where relevant, screening providers) engaged in connection with your enquiry or a transaction; with licensed shippers and insurers where you ask us to arrange logistics; and with authorities where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell personal data, we do not carry third-party advertising, and we do not run third-party tracking or fingerprinting analytics.

06 · International transfers

The firm works across Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom, and your data may be transferred to, or accessed from, countries other than your own. Where it is, we rely on an appropriate safeguard — such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or your explicit consent — as required by the PDPA and the GDPR.

07 · How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and account data for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we keep transaction and due-diligence records for the longer periods that anti-money-laundering and tax law require. When data is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete or anonymise it.

08 · Your rights

Subject to local law, you may ask us to give you access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to our use of it, or to provide it in a portable form. You can start a data export or deletion request from your account page once signed in, or contact info@kwngc.com. We may need to retain certain records even after such a request where the law requires it. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Committee; in the EU or UK, your local supervisory authority.
