KWG supplies high-purity copper, gold and nickel as specialty materials to semiconductor fabricators and advanced-manufacturing customers, to their specification. Every consignment is independently analysed, carries a certificate of analysis, and is packed for sensitive material. We supply to order, and price and terms are agreed in writing.

Ultra-fine, high-purity copper powder for advanced electronics and manufacturing — sub-micron material of 99.99% (4N) purity and better, used in conductive pastes and inks, capacitor electrodes, sintering and powder metallurgy, and thermal and EMI applications. Every lot is independently analysed for chemical purity and particle form, with a certificate of analysis on request. Supplied in sealed containers, from a 2 kg minimum order; current availability 200 kg.

High-purity gold for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing — bonding wire, wafer bumping and plating, sputtering targets for metallisation, and thick-film conductor pastes and contacts, where gold's conductivity and resistance to oxidation are relied upon. Supplied to specification in the form and purity the application requires, independently analysed with a certificate of analysis on request.

High-purity nickel for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing — barrier and under-bump metallisation, sputtering targets, multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) electrodes, and electroless and electrolytic plating, where nickel serves as a diffusion barrier and a solderable, corrosion-resistant layer. Supplied to specification in powder, pellet or target form as the application requires, independently analysed with a certificate of analysis on request.

Every consignment is independently analysed for chemical purity and, where relevant, particle form, and carries a certificate of analysis. We supply to your specification and represent what the analysis states — the certificate describes the material tested, and nothing we issue is a warranty beyond the terms agreed for an order. Material is packed and handled for its sensitivity, with insured transit arranged on request.
